1. Introduction
At DG Digital Media Services (Doeman Group), we respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our website, contact us, request a quote, subscribe to our emails, or work with us as a client; how we use and share it; and the choices and rights you have.
We are based in California and our website is operated from the United States. If you have any questions, you can reach us using the details in Section 13.
2. Information We Collect
A. Information You Provide to Us
- Contact and quote requests: your name, email address, and message, plus optional details such as your phone number, company name, the service you're interested in, and your estimated budget.
- Email subscriptions: your email address when you sign up for our tips and updates.
- Client project materials: logos, brand assets, content, images, and design files you give us, and, where a project requires it, login credentials for your domain, hosting, website, or marketing accounts.
- Billing information: billing contact details and invoice records. Card and bank payments are handled by third-party payment processors; we do not store full card or bank account numbers on our systems.
- Communications: the content of emails, calls, and messages you exchange with us.
B. Information Collected Automatically
- Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, language, referring page, and the date and time of your visit. Our hosting provider records this in standard server logs.
- Usage data: pages viewed, time on page, clicks, and general location (city or region, derived from your IP address), collected through Google Analytics cookies. See Section 4.
- Security signals: our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam and bots. It collects browser and device signals and your IP address to tell people apart from automated traffic.
C. Sensitive Information
The only sensitive information we expect to receive is account login credentials that clients share with us so we can do project work. We use them only to perform the services you request, limit access to the people working on your project, and recommend that you change those passwords when the project ends. We do not use sensitive information to infer characteristics about you.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to:
- Respond to your inquiries and prepare quotes.
- Provide our web development, digital marketing, and print services, and communicate with you about your projects.
- Send invoices, process payments, and keep business records.
- Send our email updates if you subscribed. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
- Understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it.
- Protect our website and forms against spam, fraud, and abuse.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
4. Cookies, Analytics & Tracking
We use Google Analytics to measure how visitors use our website. Google Analytics sets cookies on your browser and collects usage data and your IP address, which Google uses to provide reports to us. Google, as a third party, may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites that use its services. We do not use Google Analytics' advertising features, and we do not use advertising or retargeting cookies on our site.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics on every website by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. To learn how Google uses this data, see How Google uses information from sites that use its services. For more detail, read our Cookie Policy.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control: some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no common industry standard for these signals, our website does not currently respond to them. We do not sell or share personal information, as described in Section 5, so a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal does not change how we handle your data. If our practices change, we will honor GPC signals as an opt-out request.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
We disclose personal information only to the following categories of recipients, for the purposes described:
- Website hosting: Vercel, which hosts our website and processes server logs.
- Security: Cloudflare, which provides the Turnstile spam protection on our forms.
- Analytics: Google, which provides Google Analytics.
- Email and business tools: providers we use to receive form submissions, send emails and newsletters, store files, and manage invoices and payments.
- Print and production partners: commercial printers that produce physical items you order, such as business cards and banners.
- Professional advisors: accountants, lawyers, and insurers, where needed to run our business.
- Legal and safety reasons: when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of DG Digital Media Services, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers: to a buyer or successor if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business.
Our service providers may use personal information only to provide services to us, not for their own purposes, except as described in their own privacy policies for data they collect directly (for example, Google Analytics).
6. How Long We Keep Information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy:
- Inquiries and quote requests that don't lead to a project: up to 2 years after our last contact.
- Client project and billing records: for the length of our relationship and up to 7 years afterward, to meet tax, accounting, and legal requirements.
- Account login credentials you share with us: deleted from our records when the project ends.
- Email subscriptions: until you unsubscribe. We keep a record of your opt-out so we don't email you again.
- Google Analytics data: no longer than 14 months.
7. Your Privacy Rights
Residents of California and several other states have rights under their state privacy laws. Regardless of where in the United States you live, you can ask us to:
- Know and access: tell you what personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, why we use it, and who we have disclosed it to, and give you a copy.
- Delete: delete personal information we collected from you, except where we need to keep it (for example, for tax records or to complete a contract with you).
- Correct: correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out: of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising. We do not do either of these.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

You can unsubscribe at any time using that link or by emailing hello@dgdigitalmedia.com. We may still send you non-marketing messages about an active project or invoice.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections to our website and access controls on our business accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.
10. Children's Privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us at hello@dgdigitalmedia.com and we will delete it.
11. Links to Other Websites
Our website links to other websites and services, such as our social media pages and Google Maps. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the Effective Date at the top. If we make material changes, we will place a notice on our website before they take effect.
